Experience vegan cooking with a unique twist. Inspired by traditional dishes from around the world, this course will offer you a chance to make a complete vegan dinner from start to sweet finish. Experience how simple and delicious it is to create colorful, healthy vegan dishes from fresh, local ingredients you can find in every shop. No special skills or experience required.

Regina cooks from the heart with soul and love. Growing up in the San Francisco bay area with a Maltese mother and Spanish father she had been in love with food from an early age. Her unique tastes grew through her multi-cultural upbringing including many visits to Chinatown, North Beach ( Italian district) and the Mission ( Mexican and latin quarter) and through eating amazing meals at her friends' diverse and colorful homes.
After moving the Netherlands where a passion for Dutch and Vegan cuisine grew, Regina re-located to Finland turning a hobby of cupcake making into a small business and a Masters Degree in Entrepreneurship from Aalto University. Taking all these unique tastes and turning them into cooking classes full of fun, joy and deliciousness has been a pleasure and her students never leave unsatisfied.
The love of baking sparked by Maltese grandparents, ignited by family and cultures and driven forward to future generations and lovers of food alike have been a complete passion for Regina and one that shows no sign of dying.
